We are partnering with an exciting and rapidly expanding hotel brand that is redefining the travel experience. With properties in some of Europe’s most vibrant neighborhoods, our client offers a unique approach to hospitality that blends thoughtful design, cultural connection, and impeccable service. As part of their continued growth, we are seeking a Finance Manager to join their team and help ensure the smooth running of financial operations in their new properties.

Your missions

The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in the financial operations of the business, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting the overall financial strategy of the hotel group.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and ensure the timely completion of month-end financial reporting, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy.
• Liaise with internal and external audit teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Review financial operational controls and processes, making recommendations for improvements.
• Maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders to drive financial transparency.
• Support the Finance Controller with ad-hoc financial projects and reporting requirements as needed.

Your profile

To succeed in this role, we are looking for an individual with a strong background in finance, ideally within the hospitality industry, and someone who is eager to contribute to a fast-growing, dynamic brand.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
• Finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, AAT, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a similar finance or accounting role, preferably within hospitality or a related sector.
• Strong working knowledge of financial software and tools; proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
• A proactive, results-driven attitude with a passion for improving financial operations.
• Ambition and a desire to grow within a fast-paced and expanding organization.
