We are currently searching for a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to join this inspiring charity. In this key leadership role, you will drive the financial strategy through effective budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, providing vital financial insights and guiding the FP&A function to support strategic decision-making. Your missions

This role involves leading the financial planning and analysis function, overseeing multi-year budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making. The position requires collaborating closely with senior management and budget holders to ensure accurate financial reporting, identify key variances, and drive corrective actions. The role also includes mentoring the FP&A team, maintaining high standards of accuracy in financial data, and ensuring alignment across departments. A strong focus on professionalism, strategic insight, risk management, and health and safety compliance is essential for success.

- Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and developing financial models to support both tactical and strategic decision-making.

- Proven ability to identify key financial variances, analyze implications, and work with budget holders on corrective actions.

- Experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performance finance teams while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

- Skilled in collaborating with senior managers and budget holders, ensuring alignment and understanding of financial positions and variances.

- Proficient in translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.

- High attention to detail in recording and allocating funds, maintaining a consistent, reconciled financial position across the organization.

- Strategic thinking with strong business insight to align short-term actions with long-term financial strategies.
