Fed Finance is a dedicated recruitment firm which specialises in Accounting & Corporate Finance roles.
My name is Baptiste YLÖNEN and my client, a group of private clinics, is looking for a Payroll & HR specialist.

Your missions

To support the HR Director, this company is looking for a seasoned profile.

The main tasks are :
- Payroll Management : data submissions, payroll reviewing, BACS payment, statutory payments
- Act as a point of contact : dealing with payroll enquiries from employees
- Pension and Benefits Administration: managing pension schemes, employment benefits & ensuring compliance with regulations
- HR and Payroll Process : maintaining payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies & procedures

Your profile

- Previous payroll department experience or working with outsourced payroll providers
- Experience in a diverse, multi-site organisation
- Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) with excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to provide accurate payroll and HR advice
- Good knowledge of HR processes and Pension schemes
- Skills in problem resolution
