My name is Baptiste YLONEN and my client, a FMCG firm, is looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst, for a 12-months contract role.
Your missions
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with UK payroll laws and regulations.
- Process all payroll transactions
- Verify and maintain accurate payroll records and data
- Reconcile payroll data and resolve any discrepancies
- Provide support and guidance to employees on payroll-related queries
- Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee data and information
- Keep abreast of changes in payroll regulations and best practices
- Assist in payroll tax calculations and filings
Your profile
- Have 3+ years of payroll experience in the UK
- Have strong knowledge of UK payroll laws, regulations, and tax laws
- Are a meticulous and detail-oriented individual with a passion for payroll processing
- Have proficiency in using payroll systems and software
